Yangshuo has a very mixed climate

The winter can be cold and wet. Temperatures range from about 5°c to about 15°c (40°F to 60°F). Some days are very clear and great for photography. If it rains, then it is generaly a light drizzle. Winter begins in late December till early March

Spring. One of the best times to visit Yangshuo. The days are mild and usually sunny. Daytime temperatures hover around 20°C (70°F) and there is very little rain normally. Spring normally lasts from early March till early May

Summer. Warm and humid is the best way to describe summer. Temperatures range from 25°c(80°F) to about 38°c(100°F). Early May is usually the wet season with some heavy rains. The rains come at unpredictable times during the day. However, it is still warm and getting wet is not a problem. June, July, August and September are very dry. Summer normally lasts from early May till late September.

Autumn. Another great time to visit Yangshuo. Temperatures are mild and the humidity has left us. Temperatures are similar to spring time. Autumn lasts from late September till late December
